Wine

Wine production is in continuous expansion at the Azienda Agricola Scraleca, based on identifying varieties particularly suited to the territory. Today, production is dominated by the Vino Griso, Bianco IGT Val Camonica (Protected Geographical Indication white wine).

Griso

Griso, a Bianco IGT (Protected Geographical Indication) Val Camonica, produced mainly from Incrocio Manzoni (6.0.13) grapes and a small percentage of Kerner, is a fine, aromatic wine, full-bodied and with a full, savoury, mineral flavour and fragrance of mature fruit. It is produced by the Azienda Agricola Scraleca, with harvesting taking place in the second half of September and the wine produced using slow fermentation at a controlled temperature, refined in steel vats for 6 months in full respect of the original raw material. This rare and superior quality Bianco, with a distinct and clear character, comes from around one hectare of vineyards. It is produced exclusively with grapes from the Grimaldi and Scraleca vines through Integrated Agriculture (Lombardy Region - Produzione Agricola Integrata).
